Iím usually very leery of computer
programs for teaching math. This program, however, is very simple and
straightforward and good for quick math facts review (addition, subtraction,
multiplication, and division).

Practice for Primary Mathematics Grades
2 and 3
We
continued the use of Singapore
Math . When we came
to a difficult section (for example, long division), we heavily supplemented
with many different examples of problems and extra worksheets. We worked
through many problems together with my child on the white board, so he could
clearly see the steps involved. I removed the sections using the metric system
(in italics below) when it because obvious that learning two different
measuring systems was very confusing for my child.
